Proposal

This checklist serves as a roadmap for creating a comprehensive and professional proposal.

Introduction
Begin with an introduction that sums up the client’s challenges, proposes your solutions, and paints a picture of the outcome of a successful project with you.
Scope of Work
Include a clear outline of the services you’re offering along with their deliverables. Clearly outline any services or deliverables that are out of scope and would incur additional costs and changes to the project timeline.
Timeline
Establish a clear project timeline that includes milestones or phases.
Pricing
Outline all the pricing information, including payment structure and terms (don’t forget any ongoing work after the project is complete!).
Experience & Qualifications
Include information about your agency (your qualifications and applicable experience and relevant information about team members who will be working on the project).
Testimonials & Case Studies
Add applicable testimonials and/or case studies, highlighting the end deliverables and results achieved from the project.
Contract
Include terms and conditions and/or contract. Include an expiry date the contract must be signed by.
Call to Action & Expectation Setting
Clearly outline instructions for the next steps to get started, and what to expect once the project starts.
Contact Info
Include all of your company’s contact information.
